WISTEM is the first all-female platform to connect innovative women in all fields of STEM to support their growth in their intended career path. Utilizing a digital platform allows these women to connect and collaborate with a limitless and a diverse community of females who are the future of STEAM.

The goal of this platform is to expose high school aged females to the possibilities and opportunities in STEAM related careers and occupations.

Target personas come from 2 age groups: first the older women in tech who have paved ways for the women who are currently entering the field. Secondly the younger generation will be the next target persona. Those females in Gen Z who are looking to have a career and what next steps into a STEAM path would look like.
